pressurised water (and detergent) to clean surfaces.

Look out for the following features:
- Power rating - watts
- Maximum pressure - bar
- Variable pressure - you may not always want maximum pressure
- Flow rate - litres per hour
- Auto start / stop - the motor is activated by the lance
- Length of hose
- Integral hose reel
- Integral detergent tank
- Mobility - has it got wheels?
